To match the high price of the Pixel and Pixel XL, Google has been focusing on providing quality after-sales service to customers of the handsets. In a bid to make sure that Pixel owners face very little downtime in case they break their screen, Google has partnered with uBreakFix in the United States and Canada to offer walk-in repairs to Pixel customers.

Thanks to the partnership, Pixel owners can walk into any of the 250 retail locations of uBreakFix and get the display of their handset repaired within one business day to ensure minimum downtime. Since damaged screen replacements are not covered under warranty, Pixel owners will have to shell a flat fee of $129, with Pixel XL owners paying $149. For charging port issues or battery replacement, the fee for both devices remains the same at $79 apiece. You can alternatively always send your device back to Google for repairs, but that will take more than just a day.
