The $250 price tag is for the 32GB variant of the handset, while the 64GB Nexus 6 will set you back by $300. The Nexus 6 was discounted to even lower prices at Black Friday, but this is still good deal for a handset that comes with a 5.9-inch Quad HD display and a powerful Snapdragon 805 chipset. The Motorola-made Nexus might not have as good as a camera as the latest Nexii handsets, but it is still a fine handset by all means, especially since it now runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and not Lollipop.
