The Android 4.3 update for the Note 2 is still under development, and is not expected to be available before this year’s end. Considering this is among the first development firmware for the Note 2, Samsung may add or remove features before the final firmware is available. A flashable package of the firmware is already up for download for the N7100, but keep in mind that it might be ridden with bugs so proceed with caution.
