At its I/O event yesterday, Google unveiled its new cloud photo sharing service — Google Photos. The service is actually just a rebranded version of Google+ Photos, but comes with a few enhancements and features, including an unlimited storage option. While Google offers 15GB of free storage space on Drive/Photos, photos uploaded to the cloud service with a maximum resolution of 16MP do not count against this storage space. Even videos with a maximum resolution of 1080p are excluded from this 15GB of free storage space....
